# Third-party notices

Warp's own work is proprietary (see [LICENSE](LICENSE)). The following components keep their own licences in both the browser and Windows distributions.

| Component | Licence and included record |
| --- | --- |
| Domestique workout library, by Domestique Contributors | Apache-2.0; [notice](assets/workouts/NOTICE.md) and [full licence](assets/workouts/LICENSE.txt). `library.json` is a modified, compact representation of the ZWO files. |
| three.js r170 | MIT; [licence](vendor/three@0.170.0/LICENSE) |
| meshoptimizer 0.21.0 | MIT; [licence](vendor/meshoptimizer@0.21.0/LICENSE.md) |
| @supabase/supabase-js 2.117.2 and bundled Supabase libraries | MIT; [licence](vendor/supabase-js@2.117.2/LICENSE) |
| Michroma and Titillium Web fonts | SIL Open Font License 1.1; [licence](assets/fonts/LICENSE.txt) |

The Windows application also includes Electron, Chromium, V8, Node.js and USB support. Their notices are recorded in `desktop/THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md` and the licence files next to the executable.

Warp currently has no audio; the former music and sound effects are no longer shipped. The rider, bike and wheel assets are owned by the project owner, confirmed on 2 November 2026.

Some course layouts are adapted from Enai Siaion's BallisticNG Workshop tracks. They contain layout data only, dressed with Warp art. Their source mapping is `tools/track-names.json`; the permission review is `docs/ballisticng-licence.md`. Attribution does not resolve the outstanding permission for modification or a paid distribution.

Development tools excluded from the game include @jsquash/webp (Apache-2.0, with its codec notices in `vendor/webp@1.5.0/`) and img2threejs (Apache-2.0, `.claude/skills/img2threejs/LICENSE`).
